I need to replace my a/c compressor and replace alternator belt, so how do you the passenger side inner fender?

You need to remove the little screws around the outer edge where it's screwed to the edge of the fender well. Then the plastic fasteners can be removed by lifting the center head. Use a small screwdriver to get it started, then use a staple puller. The puller looks like a screwdriver with a split blade. Once you've lifted the center enough, you can pull the fastener out. That center pin spreads the faster behind the fender wall. Not sure if you will need to unbolt any part of the brake line, but you won't have to separate the brake line. It's been a while since I've pulled one out.

You don't need to pull the fenderwell liner to do these operations. The belt can be replaced from the top side. The AC compressor must be replaced from below.
