What is the interchange compatibility between all the Fieros for the bumper beams? Are the front and rear beam the same part?

No, they are not the same.
And both ends vary slightly between year and body style.

You are looking for part number 10031924.
It's from the rear of any 84-87car, and some 88's.

Edit...

The front impact bar has a curve, the rear bar is straight.
