The BPC setting (base pulse constant) in the program is the main reference point for the injector size. If you know how to program I can supply the formula so that the setting can be calculated from your injector size and other parameters. I am using 24lb injectors on my 3.4L turbo and both the BLM and INT run within spec.

Thanks for those info. too bad i have no way to change the values to test it out.

I installed the new holley adjustable FPR and it def help with holding the fuel pressure when the engine is off. I adjust the fuel pressure with engine off/ key on to 48psi (4psi higher than stock psi). Then change the timing back to 10-12 degree from 7-9 degree. But my BLM is still peg out to 150 and INT in 145-154 range. The exhaust now smell rich and i can hear backfire when I rev the engine. So I assuming Im getting too much fuel.
The cold start up is perfect with the new ECM, no hunting idle, steady 1200ish rpm, drop down to 900ish when warm up. But the new ECM seems to make the engine less power compare to my old ECM. I might swap them out again and see if anything change.

I still don't know why my BLM is still high and INT is still in the 150 range. The rich fuel exhaust smell and backfire leads me to believe i still have major exhaust leak/bad O2 reading. If i have vacuum leak, i would think my idle rpm will be high and the IAC value will be either be close to 0.

Any idea you guys can think??

-exhaust leak somewhere??
-maybe bad ground/ electrical??
-vacuum leak, doesn't seem likely.
