For some reason that is unknown to me, whenever I start my car, my radio works most of the time. After the car runs for between 30 seconds to a minute or two, (it varies), the radio cuts out and either goes to white noise or dead silence. It usually does not work for the rest of the car ride. Even when I turn off the car to go into the store or something, and then come back out and start the car, the radio still isnt working. I guess it only works when I start it after the car has been sitting overnight. I have tried adjusting the antenna, but that doesn't help. Also, sometimes I tap the radio right where it says "Delco - Auto DNR", and it changes the noises coming from the speakers. It can change the intensity of the static, or it can make it go silent. Sometimes I get lucky and the radio turns back on, but that's rare!

Any Ideas???

I'm going to assume that the radio is the factory original since you stated that you tap it by the Delco marking or has the original been swapped out?
Sounds to me like the tuner inside the radio is going out or possibly a bad solder joint somewhere inside the radio....unless you are an electrical whiz I would just replace it.
I would think that a bad ground would kill the radio outright and that would be easy to find?
Ever thought about changing to an aftermarket radio?....they start out fairly cheap on Amazon... $20-300.
If you want a factory original..... I've got 5-6 setting on my shelf that will eventually get tossed.....
