I searched the archives and couldn't find the answer to my question? I thought I read that there is another 2.5 (Pontiac) intake manifold that is a horsepower upgrade to the stock 2.5 '85 ? Is this true? What year or how do I get this "GM" intake upgrade?

Look for Holley intake for the iron Duke. But don't expect much. It's really an economy engine.

Are you talking about the S10 intake manifold from the early 90's?

I believe this the intake manifold I remember reading about. Though, I believe the other upgrade application was taken from an other GM car, perhaps a Grand Am, or.....another GM 2.5 application.
Nevertheless, the Pennocks Forum article I read dealt with a horsepower increase, maybe up to 8 or 10. I know the 2.5 can't absorb many upgrades😐.
