I'd be more interested to see what the RPM's are at 60mph through any of the transaxles, and what redline of that motor is.

Skytrak used to build a 5028 rough terrain forklift that had a 3.9 Cummins diesel with a Ford auto trans. Surprisingly those transmissions held up great.

267 lb-ft is below the F40 factory rating, as well as the 02M/02Q VW transaxles, which also came behind diesels too.

So yes.

Could someone install it and break axles and transmission parts? Yes... largely impacted by driver behavior.

3200 rpm max as listed on your link. You would have to change gear ratios to make it run down the highway efficiently. My stock Th125c runs 3300 rpm at 70 mph with a 3.33 final drive. And with the 3.4L and turbo I'm near that 267 torque for that diesel.

I doubt there would be any going down the highway with an transaxle with o/d.. 2rd dune like buggie with much of the plastic body off..
Or. make a fiero tarr without the bodywork.. a.k.a take one roadkill vette cart.(fiero with no bodywork plastic..) and mix in one jeep and stir..

With a diesel engine, you are not building a race car and several transmissions would allow the engine to provide ample interstate speeds...
At 3200 rpm and with a 24.6" tire you could attain the following top speeds:

Isuzu: 94.4 mph
Getrag: 90.1 mph
F40: 106.4 mph
LHD VW 6 speed: 117.8 mph
