Tell me about it. GM used different MAF calibrations in many different applications that use the exact same part number MAF sensor. I never understood it myself. The only thing I can think of is final MAF tweaking was done by the factory for each specific application to dial in the fuel and that's where they left it. So, as you can imagine, it isn't going to be a simple matter of just cutting and pasting a MAF calibration table from another tune into yours. You are going to have to dial it in yourself.

I believe that the different calibrations of the same MAF sensor may have to do with the way the intake air tubes and TB's were sized and configured. The length and bends all can influence the way the air flows.
Must 100% agree that you just can't cut and paste a MAF table for a specific sensor and expect it to be plug and play. But you can monitor the MAP, LTFT's and O2 sensor readings as related to RPM and tweak the MAF curve with small changes here and there. According to the tune that I did, I found small changes can make a big difference.

I can't imagine that any stock LQ4 tables, for such a different application, would just "plug in". I would expect to have to tweak any/all of them.
I was pleasantly surprised when I copied tables over from one BIN to another (way different application) and they actually worked decently.

I use the early LS1 MAF on my swap and importing the V8 MAF table got the engine started and it ran. The calibration was somewhat close. Now with the wide difference in the LQ4 MAF values shown above, I would say that its doubtful that they all can be plug and play. I'd pick the one closest to the engine size that you are running and go from there.

Believe it or not these are all close enough MAF tunes that will run the car good but not great. There are many people with mail order tunes that have good running cars.
However, when you want to maximize performance, MPG, etc you need a custom tune.
Hell even the custom tunes need to tweak in the winter and summer because of different fuel blends ad weather patterns.
