On most of the Fieros I have seen what I refer to as high profile wiper blades. This is where the height of the overall assembly is much higher than stock. Use these and it makes the blades too visible and bulky. Anyone else notice this?
On Fieros GM used a special low profile wiper blade that is hard to find . As a solution I use to buy new blades and transfer them over to the Fiero wiper blade frames. Recently I came across a new wiper blade assembly with the original low profile and began using them. They look so much better installed as the blades now sit low as they did when the car was new.
The exact fit wiper blade is NAPA 60-018-2
The blade profile may not make that much difference to every Fiero owner but IMO wiper blades that sit high, take away from the appearance. .

Good Find Dennis! here is a pic below

I found these Anco's that I like also. I use a 22" #30-22 low profile on drivers side, and a 19 "#30-19 low profile on the passenger side,

Why the need now for the whole kit and caboodle? What happened to the good ol' days when you could just buy the actual rubber insert (refill, element) for a couple of bucks?

I personally prefer the "beam blade" style wiper blade. You can't get much lower profile than that.

I've got those beam blade wipers on three cars and on all of them the blades make an annoying "snap" or "click" on the windshield at the beginning of each wipe, especially in misty conditions.

I won't be buying them again so this is good info. Thanks.

The NAPA blade shown in the pictures looks to be a bit higher than the ones that I have. My blades say "original fit" on the box with that number so maybe that makes a difference.. The Napa blades actually look closer to the Anco blades profile that you show. I know that this is not a big deal with most but I like the appearance when the wiper blades sit low near the hood .
