If one has OBD1, does HP tuners still give good info?
You just cant change anything with it, correct?

HP tuners is only for OBD2 and later control systems .And yes not everything can be changed .Before you buy for a specific vehicle , best to shoot them an email with your needs to make sure you dont pay money for nothing .
