Fuel pump/relay test by Quad GT

I recently purchased a '86 SE with a '98 Grand Prix 3800 SC
It had some minor issues which I dealt with
She seems to be having firing up issues
Runs for a few seconds and dies
seems she is starving for fuel
I tried to test the fuel pump but since this is a swap not sure if it still works




The light barely is on!
