I'm not sure if his thread has been archived or deleted, I just read it recently and now when I try to goto it, It says it's no longer exists. The best I could do for you is link you to a similar Google cached page of how to by Topcat, (wasn't able to find fieroguru's) Price check - drilling Vette Rotors to a 5x100

Yeah, that is odd. I link to that thread in my 13" kit thread...
I have revised it to use this link:

Drilled my first 2 rotors ever about 2 months ago.

Took the stock Fiero rotor, laid it on top of the new one and taped them together after making sure everything was good.
Then I just used a marker to fill in the holes.

Separated the two, then started with a small drill bit and worked up to a 1/2" or 3/4, I forget now.
Milwaukee Titatnium drill bits had it feeling like I was drilling through plywood

My personal preference would be take them to a machine shop, have the original holes welded shut, then have them drill the new ones. Holes just a 1/32" out of place can cause vibrations you wont be able to get id of.

The concentric rings keep the rotor centered, the holes don't need a high level of precision.

For my kits, I took a rear wheel bearing, dial indicated it on my mill and bored each hole to accept a drill bushing and tacked them in place. I have done over 100 rotors will this tool.
