Has any MANUAL Northstar swap ever been completed using a GM computer? by imacflier

Hi, Guys,

Like many of you I have read about and been fascinated by those bold enough to swap in a Northstar. And I have read CJ's thread and Ryan's thread. But tell me this: has anyone completed a fully functional swap using a GM computer (7730, or other) AND a manual transmission? One that throws no codes, does not stall, and retains the features built in by GM? If there has and I missed it, please point me to the thread!

I'm pretty sure the LS1 ECM has been used on Northstars before, but I don't know if anyone on here is using an LS1 ECM for a manual Northstar.

If you look up Zac88GT's build thread of a Northstar six speed you will see it has been done.

Yup, I was running mine on one of Ryan's 7730 ECU's.
