It would be easier to find another one than repair your broken part. Look for an orange wire that powers the radio. There should be a splice that has been cut.

Yes I saw that wire when I installed my new radio didn't know what it was to, what bout the bulb wire? I bought a new lighter it has a bulb on it. And is there a special plug for the end of that lighter that I need?

Orange +12v from BAT fuse.
Black ground for both.
Brown +12v from hl switch.

OE lighter, See my Cave, Lighter

Lighter draws maybe 10-13a when on and working normally. (I have no exact amps for Casco, maker of them for GM.)

Even if they cut out you should find the ends and repair or cap the ends.
Should find cut ends below ECM area.
