I've seen those on occasion at the parts stores but then when I needed one all they had was the "regular" SAE english one. Counter guy acted like he had no idea what I wanted when I asked for metric.
I bought a 15mm wobble socket. It works good too. Need to use it with a long extension.
I like the flair nut version of those for that bolt.
But I have a time or so just bought a cheap wrench the right size and just heat it with a torch and bend it. Hey when you need it and its Sunday afternoon and all the parts stores are closed,

------------------ Technology is great when it works, and one big pain in the ass when it doesn't
I found that after I removed those nuisance coolant tubes that go to the TB that I have no problem getting a regular open end wrench on the distributor bolt.
Actually I have used a swivel socket, the kind that have the socket attached to the swivel not a swivel on a socket to do that bolt as well. You can buy them singly if you are short on cash as I am most of the time lately at most parts store cheap enough, probably under 10 bucks each.
But it has to be a short swivel socket, attaching a swivel to a short socket makes it to long.
I'm sure the swivel will work, but I find it difficult to reach the bolt with a swivel- there are too many wires, tubes, etc. to negotiate in order to get a solid grip on the bolt. All too often I have to disconnect quite a few things to get there. Perhaps it's harder for me if you have-like in my case-since I have heavily insulated wires coming out of the distributor to the ignition coil. I'm going to see if Harbor Freight has the W1186 Distributor Clamp Offset Metric Wrench. If not
