I have a couple of 3800 Supercharged cars I picked up a couple of years ago as a 2 car package purchase. One is a 1988 GT with a 3800 SC Series II engine with 4-speed auto. The other is titled as a 1985, but has a '86-'88 GT fastback body, a 3800 SC Series I engine with 4-speed auto. I did not get any history on the cars when I bought them, as the seller had not owned them very long and had little or no information on them. They appear to be done by the same builder. The '88 is black, with two tone gold painted trim, and the '85 'fastback' GT is purple with two tone silver painted trim. Both have large Pegasus decals on the front compartment lids, with two louver air intakes also on each front compartment lid. Both cars have two aftermarket side air intakes on both sides with the '3800 SUPERCHARGED' Pegasus Decals, the panels behind the doors.
There maybe be other smaller similarities to these two cars that do not come to mind at the moment, but those are the main ones.

Does anyone know if this was some kind of kit offered at one time, or do you think the builder of these cars just put together the aftermarket custom parts available at the time, that he liked best, to build his cars? These cars look like they were done close to 15 to 20 years ago. I am just guessing at that time frame, and not really sure about that either.

UPDATE: See photos of cars, per suggestion from post below.

Not a "kit" as such. Like most of us, it's customized with various parts.

The hood vents are from a Pontiac Sunbird.

The side scoops are by Meacham (discontinued)
