You could also use a relay coil, or just a resistor if you wanted. The light bulb is the simplest. The PCM is just looking for there to be some connection to power via a resistance.

Switched +12 - Like the pink wires at F, or J or K of C203. A wire that will have +12v on it when the key is on.
