Nevermind. Found it deep in Darth's thread. In case anyone searches and finds this thread, answer is:

Abandon the vacuum line at the throttle body.
Connect the two lines on the canister (excluding the one to the tank) together
Run the two of those combined to the solenoid "can" port
Connect the other port of the solenoid to the intake

Yep, that's what I did on mine. You no longer need a separate vacuum line to activate the valve in the charcoal canister. So you just put a Y-fitting on the canister to merge the two lines, run a line from the Y-fitting to the solenoid, and connect the solenoid to manifold vacuum.
