Which years used Light tan and which used light saddle interior? I bought a light saddle paint at FS about 3yrs ago and just reordered light tan which is a lot lighter. They are not listing light saddle. Of course I noticed the difference when the part was finished

In 1988, they called it 'Beechwood', and before it was referred to as 'Tan', but I don't think there was a color called 'saddle' in a Fiero.

Per Enthusiasts Guide to the Pontiac Fiero:

I guess I'll have to call the FS tomorrow and find out. I have the old can with some part number. Was the 86-87 Camel darker than the 84-85 Camel Tan?

I found out the original interior came from an 86 SE so it must be that camel and I got tan.

So it happens that I got the wrong color from the Fiero Store. Seems some mix-up from supplier. They shipped replacement. Just what I expected from them. Nice people.

In my many cupholder orders I have run across Tan in different years and it`s strange but only in the 87`s have I seen a really light Tan color and only two cars.

Here is the difference.
I call the first picture "Saddle" which I have used in 86 & 87
I call the second picture "Prairie Tan" as that`s what it`s called in my swatch book, but I have only seen it in an 87
The 84`s used what is called "Doeskin" which I have not found a match for yet.
