Which 84-87 models do have the fast ratio steering?

I have an 86 SE with a worn out rack. Does it have the fast or standard ratio steering rack? How about the 85 SE?

My 87 SE has the faster ratios. Erik drove my car and verified it. I didn't know that they had different ratios until he mentioned it.

Having driven cars with both the faster rack feels sportier but if you drive your car long distances at highway speeds it can be tiring because the steering is more twitchy. Both are good.

Best way to tell what a car has is number of turns, 3.5 or 3.0 turns lock-to-lock

85-87 GT came with the faster rack as standard equipment. My 86 SE had the slower rack until I replaced it.
Did the Indy? IDK
Was it part of the WS6 package? IDK...

As he said ^^^

FYI the 88s have a 3.25 on all models. They split the difference.
