On my way home today the SES light came on. I'm not sure if it was intermittently going on and off or if the light was flashing at me. I was fairly close to home so I continued to drive it. I slowed down and came to a stop and the light went off and stayed off the rest of the drive home. I believe code 43 refers to something with the knock sensor. What should I do about it?

Bump. I had recently started using regular a couple tank fulls before the engine light coming on, before that I always used premium. Today I filled up with premium, still getting a check engine light. Does it need time to adjust? Or what could be my problem?
