When taking off my shifter surround, I noticed two tiny bulb sockets where the ashtrays go and they were empty.
Anyone know the bulb numbers? I'd like to see if I can get them from pepboys or autozone instead of the fierostore where I'd have to pay shipping.
Thanks

The light bulb size is called T5, you can pick them up on ebay for a few cents each. I bought a 10-pack of LED replacements for $3.99 that's significantly brighter than the conventional bulbs.

Can you please provide a link to the $3.99 led ones? I'd really appreciate that so this way I know I'm getting the exact right ones. Anywhere else they are used in the car?

These are the exact ones I bought, though they were cheaper when I got them. If you go with LEDs, remember that they are polarized - they will only work when the positive/negative terminals are oriented with the positive/negative wires on the LED, unlike a light bulb which doesn't care. You may need to flip them around in the socket, so test each one as you put them in.

I believe the only other place T5s are used is in the lighting on the radio, HVAC, oil, and voltage gauges on the dashboard. As I recall though, due to the particular way the Fiero is wired you actually need bulbs in them for the computer to function correctly. Something about the resistance being needed to regulate somethingorother.
