I just noticed that my Dogbone strut is askew and the rubber bushing is also slightly worked its way out so I need to replace....Is there any danger in driving until I get the part replaced?

The only way it could be askew is that the motor mounts under the engine are bad. If you need to drive it, drive very cautiously.....
