So I was looking through the engine bay of my newly acquired '85 Fiero GT and found many things disconnected, burnt or cut off completely. I want to fix all of these things but have no idea what they do or where they go. I took pictures of all of them and have the parts I'm curious about circled in red:

This first one looks like some kind of hose that used to be connected to something but is now snipped.

This next one I have 2 parts circled, one is just a hanging connection from a red wire and the other circled part is where one side of the wire connects.

This image is 2 wires that seem to be very out of place, I circled the part of the wire that keeps rubbing up against the exhaust header and melting. I have no idea where the wire goes. I tried tracing it with no luck so I can't reroute it without knowing where its from or where it's going.

This last image is of the radiator fan connector that used to go into a radiator fan relay but not just hangs. I just need to know what each wire on the connector goes to. i.e. fan positive, battery positive, temperature sender... things like that.

I appreciate any help you guys can give... Thank you very very much ahead of time!

EGR control solenoid.

This is a diagram of how the vacuum lines were supposed to run on the 2.8 Fiero

I can't see where this is running from/to but it sure looks like something that someone added on. A sound system maybe?

These wires look like they are painted silver. Without knowing where the come from or the color they originally were it's pretty hard to figure out what they are for. Can you see what colors they were? Purple (might be faded to light pink) and Yellow would have run to the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS). Lt. Green and Dk Blue would have been the transmission mounted back up light switch (used on 5 speeds). If your MT is a 4 speed, then this connector would not have been used since that switch is at the shifter.

Thick Red - Constant/unswitched power
Dk. Green/White - From the engine/AC controls - the engine/ac controls grounds it to turn on the fan
Thick dark - runs to the rad fan.

It looks like that hose is from the vacuum sensor to the EGR valve. Would that effect anything other than emissions? Also with the 4 wires from the radiator fan connector, which of the 2 in in the middle (between the thick red and thick black) is the ground. Is there any 12v ignition wire in the bunch I can connect to with a new temperature sensor relay?
