When Swapping in the 3800SC W/ Auto, into a 1985 Fiero notch 4 cyl car, Does anything need to be addressed because of the Extra WEIGHT ?? Rear Springs ?

Stock springs will be ok, WS6 (GT) would be better, coil overs (300-325#) would be best. Just depends on how you plan on using it.

Stock will be okay if they are in good order. If they are bad, then they are bad.

I have a set of rear 87GT springs on the floor of my garage. Probably cost more to ship them then finding some locally. I only pulled them because I went with Eibach springs all the way around... You wouldn't think 1" of drop is a big deal but it closes up the wheel gap nicely.

Will probably go with Coil overs. How Wide a RIM can I use ( keeping the tire inside the top of the wheel Lip) ?
