As the title says, My Speedo Doesn't Work When the Engine is Cold. When i get in and start it up even if I wait 10 mins for the engine to warm up, when i start driving it jumps up and then down to 0. After I drive for 15 mins or so its fine. Not sure whats wrong. Please help.

Thanks,

Josh

You might want to check the electrical connection where the wire 'tape' enters the instrument cluster. I had a similar problem and carefully disconnecting cleaning and re-plugging the wire solved the problem.
