I have bought and began to redo the roadster built by Crow here on this Forum in 2004. I have run into the same issue he did. I need someone with the know-how to show me and/or build a windshield header for the roadster. It looks uncompleted with fiberboard capping off windshield. It has a three piece canvas top that connects much like my old Jeep Wrangler. So that needs to be taken in on the answer as well.

Lots of talent / skills on this Forum, so I am hoping for suggestions and/or ideas.

thanks

Look at older jeeps, c4 vettes and sunbirds (convertibles), in the junkyard, for ideas and parts. My convertible Fiero had a lock down like c4 vettes, I believe.

Thanks, you are the second person to suggest that. Looks like a need a nice day to go hang out at a Pick & Pull with camera.

Thanks

Just buy some parts and see what fits. I have heard of sunbird headers being used on Fieros. Mine was a custom piece, but it wouldn't take much to make something out of some flat steel and a welder.

I am putting my targa top together this week or weekend so I can get some pics up afterward. I am making the plate option that is over in Yarmouth Fiero's thread using a Firebird t-top seal and custom built mounting plate and clips.

Pics to follow later in the week or weekend.

Thanks
Don
