The brake switch provides a ground then the brake is applied so the popper relay is energized. . So you have two choices. Either jumper the switch plug so that it is grounded all the time or remove the switch and tape it so it stays closed.
Or you can pull the popper relay and wrap some fine wire around the main contacts 2-3 and plug it back in so that the relay is not used anymore. Or make a jumper with two spade connectors and plug it into the relay socket. Then the switch will work all the time.
