It looks like I have a coil going bad on my 3800. My old Fiero was a 2.5 and I have some coils. Could I use the 2.5 to replace the 3800?

Coil bad then likely wire(s) and/or plug(s) has issues.

Use OE plug gap for your engine.

See my Cave, DIS L4 Replace

New wires and new plugs. Per recommendations from archive threads, gapped plugs at 57 instead of 60. Thats what PO did because; No egr no cat no canister. I had a 88 2.5 and have spare coils. I was thinking they look similar so why not ask?
