Just a quick question, what is the best gasket to use for the water pump?
the rtv gasket? a paper gasket with the sealer? any tips would be great
dont want to have to do this twice

I used paper with black rtv on both sides. not a leak. make sure the bolts going into the water cavities are sealed with the white stuff (don't remember what it's called).

Remember to clamp the top of your timing cover down or you run a high risk of having it pull away from the block which will make another leak for you to fix. Larry
