The Original Fiero SDs were not 3.0 Liters, but you can build one with the right block, crank, and pistons....even a 3.5!

Pontiac had several SD4 cranks available for displacements from 2.0 to 3.3L
(with 4.000" bore) so engine could be used in many racing classes.

PN 10042835 2.600" stroke - 2.0L
PN 10027778 3.000" stroke - 2.5L
PN 10027779 3.250" stroke - 2.7L
PN 10093312 3.625" stroke - 3.0L
PN 10041860 3.9375" stroke - 3.3L

I have the 3.9375" stroke crank in my Indy.

Haha.....those pictures in the ad were soooo blurry that until I read the description I didn't know that it had the over the roof air scoop. People of Craigslist make me smh ....how do you expect people to shell out $7.5K when the photos look like they were taken with a Kodak instamatic (plus flash cube of course) that has a flawed lens

International Harvester done the same with the scouts , their 4cyl used one of the V8 heads, or v8 used 2 4cyl heads...
