Got my 3800sc running today, only problem I am having is after 1 minute it will start loping really bad and wont recover, if you rev it it will be fine for an additional minute then start loping again... Is there anything else besides tuning that could be wrong?
Ok I think I found the problem, the intake hose after the MAF wasnt tightened down... will update thread later if I get time or tomorrow and let yall know if that was it.
Are you sure the idle air control motor is wired properly and working and there is no vacuum leaks. Dan

Positive on no vacuum leaks... IAC I guess I would have to test it somehow, but wouldnt that throw a code? Wouldn't it be more likely something to do with the code I actually AM throwing?
To add to the description of the problem it will idle perfectly at 800-900 RPM for a minute before this starts, and revving it will temporarily fix it... It is loping to the extremes.. 500RPM - 1500+ ------------------ 86 Fiero GT 4spd - (pending L67 swap: VS cam, GenV) Build Progress eta: 8/13 98 GTP - Some mods

Tomorrow I will run continuity check on pin C1-53 and 54 to see if they are right. Anything else I should check with code P1351? My Tach is wired correctly so I know I didn't mix up the white wires.
Well I found the problem, I missed both A and B on ICM harness, it's amazing it even ran I guess... I will try again tomorrow and update if it fixed the idle problem.
That's strange I did absolutely nothing and it is idling beautifully for 15 mins now... either it fixed it self or it's a problem until operating temperature. Maybe IAC got stuck or dirt got in an injector?
Seems to be idling OK now, but on hot starts it hunts for about 1 second then idles at about 1100rpm for exactly 20 seconds before it drops down to 8xx, maybe that's just part of the tune.
Video (tach is off by 100rpm, remove 100rpm from total, also fan kicked in at 28 seconds so that is what caused the small dip):
