can anyone please help me, the lock was drilled when i got it. but they didn't get it open. i used the switch but now the selenoid is fried. how can i open the engine cover. the vent to cover the battery is in there along with? i parked it last year. now after new brakes,wheel bearings, tie rod ends, ect, i need to get this open i'm new here can you help me?

finish drilling out the lock, you only need to drill it about an inch deep and put a flat bladed screwdriver in there and turn,
