That is awful. A grown man punching a 6 year old in the face can do some serious damage. That does not even count the psychological damage done to the 6 year old. That kid might end up with a lifelong problems.

That guy needs to be institutionalized. If he is insane, then put him in an asylum. He should not be out among the public where he can do damage like this.

My Wife worked at the Texas State Hospital for 27 years. They are charged with treating those incompetent to stand trial for those deemed to be mentally unable to stand trial. To get them sane enough to stand trial. They are always confined. Not all get cured and have to stand trial. If not, they stay confined.

If they are "cured", and found innocent due to insanity, they go back to the Texas State Hospital, confined, till they are deemed to be sane.
