But that's the rub. California
doesn't want you to be able to drive your old car. They
really want to get all the gas engine vehicles off the road. I'll bet they needed towels when "cash for clunkers" was implemented. It's kind of like they're the "anti-fun" brigade. (Among all the other "anti" stuff.)
(I don't want to get all "preachy", but cash for clunkers was sinful. People could have used those cars. People who
needed cars. Pizzed me off as much as anything "government-mandated" ever has.)
I truly hope this law comes to pass, or is superseded by something else (mentioned in the video.)
