Chechnya is banning music that's too fast or slow.

Remember that Chechens were responsible for both the Belsan School massacre and the Boston Marathon bombing.

They should know better.

Col. Bruce Hampton claimed that cultures from higher altitudes had higher pitched music while cultures from lower altitudes were more about bass/rhythm.

Don't have any clue if there is anything to that.
