There DOES come a point for millions where unaffordable housing becomes free housing. It'll take a decade to evict them all.

For you 'mericuns, we don't have 25 or 30-year here. All mortgages are 24-60 month then they have to be renegotiated. So if rates are high you take a 24 month, if they are low you take the 60. Either way it's a huge gamble what the market will be down the road.
