I did some checking up on this.

I'm suspicious.

This TrendingPolitics "dody" is talking about something that Christine Lagarde of the International Monetary Fund is purported to have said or written in 2018.

I'd have to see more in the way of evidence or corroborating reports from the time (2018) before I would say that I believe it.
