I am working on my 1986 Buick Skyhawk T type, 1.8 turbo 4 cylinder or also known as the Brazilian 1.8. I am reassembling the engine after a short block rebuild, and the lifters are not the same as the stock ones. The stock ones have a button or check valve at the top of the lifter and my replacements 1/2 do not have this tab.
