Thanks for joining but IMO a 40 yr old vehicle as a daily driver is not the best choice for reliability. The original 67K miles will probably help and it sounds like its holding up. Enjoy the car as Fieros are fun to drive.

Bought in September of 2023. Been maintaining it myself since then. Daily driver in IL, has 67K miles. Just thought I'd say hello.
We are car brothers!!!
In my opinion, the 1987 Fiero SE / V6 is the best Fiero! Haha...
My picture is old... the car has been in storage for ~15 years, but in a year or so, I'm taking it out of storage and will finish up the restoration. But your car looks fantastic. What can you tell us about it?

The first Fiero I saw was a notchie. I loved it but could not afford one (1984). My first Fiero was a notchie, an '86. I would buy an 88 Formula but my Wife would notice.

Thanks for your concern, but after 2 years, I think I have it under control. Just got some new boots on her with the Vredestein Quatrac 5s, they have been a fantastic improvement on handling in the cold and snow.
Welcome to the formum. I am local to you and daily my Fiero 8-9 months of the year.
I think I might have parked by your car at Rural King. I have to find the picture...
That is most likely as I worked at Rural King for a bit recently, someone also honked at me a couple a winters ago while I was driving the car. It may have been you when I was at a previous employer! Anyway, good to know there are fellow Fiero enthusiasts in the area!
As an update, my Fiero is an 86, V6 auto, just put some Vredestein Quatrac 5s on it (been fantastic in the winter and snow so far). I do my own maintenance on it. (oil changes, oil filter, brakes, etc)
