If you saw a "403 - Access Denied" error earlier, don't worry - you weren't banned. The server had crashed. Normally, I’d have it back online within minutes, but I happened to be in a presentation and couldn’t get to it right away.

As for the cause: no idea yet. The logs don’t show anything unusual - the server just... stopped.

I wasn't worry about being banned (some here might have been), and just figured it was a technical glitch of some kind.

i ran into that.i thought it might be related to why i can't get on rockauto.com lately.

It wouldn't do any good for me to know the why, I admit to being pretty computer illiterate. But thanks for the explanation.
