GM really does not mind when fabricators make Fiero branded parts; BUT GM demands that all fabricators 'pony-up' by being a "GM authorized reseller".

After checking further it seems there are several different sites that claim that Pontiac is coming back. It appeared to be a hoax but I though that Id put it out there for comment. What I do not understand is the purpose of putting false information out there. Who does this benefit?

In regards to those fake car videos on YouTube... they're monetized, and every time someone falls for the "clickbait" and watches a video, the uploaders of the video get paid.
