Are there any lenses for the front turn signals that are flush with the bumper instead of recessed?

Note that he says these do not work with the aero bumper.

Unlike many, this site said "These lenses may not conform to government regulations. " because in many places any cover over turn lights, head lights & taillights is illegal & target for cops to stop you.

About the only way to keep legal is mod the mounts & wiring to push the front turn fixture forward in the hole but expect to break them when the "plastic" bumper hits anything.

Note this fixture work w/ front side marker to do the blinking to turn.

I used spacers, and pieces of all thread, to move the whole assembly forward to be flush with the bumper.
Kinda a pain when you need to replace the bulb. But I like the way it looks.

I don't think they will fit, but maybe someone who is keen to try and mod them - any event, the 3rd Gen Camaro and flush mounted turn signals.
