I have a later copy (1985-86) of the SD4 Pontiac Performance Plus, updated from the PDF version (1983-84) most frequently shared here and elsewhere on the world wide web. The copy I have had some damage and pages were missing (just pages 3-6). I took a plunge and dissected it to scan it and help preserve it. Doing that, I have 3 pdf files from the scanner, one of the covers and taped pages, one of the even pages, and another file of the odd pages.
Does anyone have the software (adobe or what else) to Zipper these pages together, and split the cover images, to make this into one unison PDF?
I guess the alternative would be to print, hand organize and rescan, but lots of detail will be lost.

This version covers a lot more information that the earlier version, lots of lessons learned from racing, and a lot more information on the Pontiac racing efforts of the time.

If anyone has this copy too, please feel free to share the pages I am missing.

Here a link to the files:

I assembled the pages for you, the best I could. You seem to be missing a few more than you mentioned.
(pages.... 36, 74, 75, 76, 77, 85, 99, 100, 111, 114 and 116)
I just placed blank pages in their place for now. If you can get the missing pages, I will add them to the file.

The pages that didn't get scanned are now here (still no 1-6) yet:
36 74 75 76 77 85 99 100 111 114 116
they are in numerical order

I have now added those pages to the file, but looks like I missed asking for (2) pages. (page 84 & 101) this will finish it up....minus pages 1-6.

Note: I have run the OCR function, on the file which allows for copying text from the articles and un-skews/straightens the pages. If this pdf is opened with an Acrobat Reader program, It will open with 2 pages at a time just like it is displayed in the book.

Thanks so much for putting this together. I was given this original document and thought best let other know about it to pass it on, since it had a lot more information than the original version I had purchased.

Thanks for posting this, the book was a great read. Its a long shot but if you can get a hold of Dave you might be able to get some scans of the missing pages.
