New Fiero gas tanks on the way in prototype stage from Rodney Dickman.
It is reported that the Rodney Dickman replacement gas tank pre production prototype is a perfect fit.
From Rodney's website: "They will take about 6 months to make this first batch. So I will have them in stock around May/June 2022. I will soon work on having the early 84-86 10.2 gallon tanks made."

Rodney if there was a Fiero hall of fame you would have my vote.

You have addressed a number of issues no one else would!

They are beautiful. If they are the 12 gallon version I will buy one when they become available.

Now if only there were a 14 gallon tank!

It's a joke....I know he can't make due to liability.

Finally!!

Ronald Finger's youtube restoration shows the frustrations that most Fiero owners have whenever trying to replace a gas tank!

I'll buy 2 when they are available!

That is SUPER COOL, thanks for all the hard work.
Is it possible to show how this is made? That would be very interesting.

Bravo Rodney!!
Would it be an attractive idea to include a drain plug? Maybe in the rear wall?

Amasng!! I wonder if it can be folded and then bent back to shape when it arrives. (✷‿✷)

Otherwise I guess it would be best to dress it as a person and buy it a plane ticket...after first stuffing full with other Rodney goodies!!!
