It is a 2009 Cadillac CTS what has Hennessey HPE700 upgrades, but doesn't appear to be a CTS-V. I'm a bit stumped. The guy that had #43 done was David, but I purchased it from someone else.

I ran your vin # on two Google sites and both show 2009 CTS automatic 3.6L V6.
