Plugged a charger into the cigarette lighter, and then the radio and the horn stopped receiving power. The fuze isn't blown, even replacing it doesn't work. Has anyone encountered this before, or have a fix?

Which fuse are you replacing? Mine typically blows the 20 amp Batt fuse when the lighter shorts out.

No surprise...
I hate chargers, air compressors and other using cig lighter. More so using high amps. If they don't blow fuses... can still melt wires or cause a fire.
I have small USB and other adapters for dash cams etc but even they have problems. Worse when used to actually light a cig because ashes love moisture and rot the plug.

See my Cave, Sneak Path it has lighter circuit.
If BAT fuse is good, change it anyways. Fuses can look good but be bad. If doesn't help, Then trace the wire starting at the lighter.
Fuse block is easy next target. Remove screws and look at back. Some ends are shared by fuses and not ease to remove. Any case do not just pull on wires or pins or they get damage and really screw you.

Suggest discon the battery trying to fix/find the problem or park for hours when in the house before fixing.
Iffy wiring can start a fire w/o warning. Bat circuit items have power all the time.
