It's got a digital Dash, good body and frame, new tires and nice rims, new ALT, and an unhappy motor. I don't want to donate it, it's a good candidate for an engine swap....500 bucks.
I would really love to buy this... but I’m out in Colorado. Otherwise I’d be asking if we could work out a payment arrangement for when I get my tax return... it’s about the only time I have cash like that on hand

What part of Long Island is the car located? Zip code will do.

------------------ "Kilgore Trout once wrote a short story which was a dialogue between two pieces of yeast. They were discussing the possible purposes of life as they ate sugar and suffocated in their own excrement. Because of their limited intelligence, they never came close to guessing that they were making champagne." - Kurt Vonnegut
OK I just have to ask...was this car the crime scene of a gruesome murder inside (think Pulp Fiction Movie) and TheDigitalAlchemist was just masterful in cleaning up the evidence? Because I see no other reason why this car should not have sold immediately. If I was still living in NJ I would have bought this car just for the seats alone!
If it ends up coming my way, I'll be breathing life in it by means of a Northstar. With that engine, I'd be using the stock 4T80E transmission so your car being an automatic would be perfect for that engine swap. The biggest down side is it'd have to sit for a few years before I could even start that project, as I finish up other ongoing projects first - which is why I'd like to see it go to someone who could use it sooner.
I hope your sale works out for the both of you.
