Thank you Santa for the 3 books (none of which I had) and the great Fiero pens which will come to good use as I grade papers! ;-) Now I just need to figure out who you are....

Folks, it's getting close. A few of you have not sent me a PM verifying that you have sent a gift.
And, as soon as you receive a gift, LMK that as well, either here or via PM
Please do so as soon as you can.

Got a couple of PMs this morning.
Check your PMs please.
Your sender informs me that your gift will be going out tomorrow priority, so it may..or may not, be a day late getting there.

and:
The person you sent a gift to says he has received it.
Some people don't open theirs till Christmas tho, so we may not see any posting about the gifts till after the weekend.

I didnt wait, I was home today and when the package arrived I opened it

Thanks secret santa! Somebody knows me pretty well, or did some good research

The Green Pegasus decals match the car well. We'll see if they end up in my garage or office, or even the car.

The blue on the keychain matches my Buick well! It looks like a nice quality piece too.

better shot

Thanks again!

Just opened my gift from Santa and the Fiero sock cap is the color I would have picked had I bought for my self. Also received a limited edition metallic green Fiero hot wheel, and a must have spray on and rinse bottle of wheel cleaner. Thanks Santa! Merry Christmas.

Dear Secret Santa (DomTech),

Did you machine these key fobs yourself? Very nice and unique!

I received a set of four very nice Fiero red & white, black & white key fobs. Let's see, we own a red GT, yep a GT one, a red Formula, a white Formula, and the Stinger. Good recon work. I will try to put pictures up later.

BTW, the post office gave you away with the cancellation.

Thank you very much.
Jeff

You got me!
Yes, I made them myself. I did a little forum research to try and figure out what cars you had.
Unfortunately I didn't have the right material to make a yellow one. Maybe next time lol...

I received a Fiero fender gripper mat from the Fiero store. The timing was perfect as I had just retired my old one to be a workbench mat and I was about to order a new one.

Ok, so my Secret Santa stopped by Tuesday afternoon and made a delivery. I do not know who it is...... What I do know, is they are a friend on Facebook, and someone that has watched my build thread.

I posted a photo a couple months back on Facebook, of a car with a Star Wars windshield visor. I mentioned how I saw it and it was pretty cool. Secret Santa knew this and delivered that very windscreen. I thought it was an amazing gift, and was very happy with it. For some reason my SS felt it was not enough, and included 2 more gifts.

The first one, something that is at the top of my collection of nice things Fiero. A 6 piece Coaster set, made from slate, and custom embossed:

The next gift, requires a bit of backstory. For those that did not know, I have been working on a 3800SC swap for the past year. It has been in for most of that time, and I could never get it to run right. 3 different mechanics, and probably 3 threads with different problems here on the forum. After TONS of money, time, labor and swapping of numerous parts, it wound up being the ICM. I never thought it to be the Ignition Control Module, as it was one of the very first things I replaced along with the coils. so after months and months of not being able to drive the car, I replace it with another ICM, and the car starts right up, and I have been able to drive it ever since.

Whoever my SS is, has the same attention to detail, and twisted sense of humor that I do! I present to you, the most awesome well thought out gift I think I have ever received!

Whoever my SS is, I could not be happier!!! Thank you so very much! I went back through the thread, and due to the return address..... is it jmbishop?

I'm really glad you liked it; I enjoyed making them. Thanks for the great pictures; I didn't have time to get pictures of the coasters before I boxed them up and shipped them. I was a bit worried about shipping pieces of slate with a hammer in the same box during the holiday season, glad to see it all arrived safe. The comical amount of tape was to keep the hammer from escaping.

This is why I keep doing this.
John had a 'less than optimal' experience last year, but signed up again this year, and jmbishop went the whole mile and made this year especially nice, as have all that participated.

There are (I think) 2 who have not yet reported receipt of a SS gift.
1 notified via pm that they would be a little late due to unforeseen circumstances (it sometimes happens no matter how hard we try) and I look for that to arrive pretty soon.

The other, I haven't heard from since 1st week of December, either in the sending part or the receiving part..

As far as I can discern, there is only one participant yet to receive a SS gift and it was shipped a little late due to some damaged merchandise received, but that was rectified and it was shipped.
Thanks all for participating. I enjoyed it and hope next year to have a few more participants.

I would have posted this earller but starting just before Christmas and up until last week I was dealing with some medical issues followed by a bout with the flu which kept me offline for about two weeks or so. Everything's better now so here I am.

Well, better late than never I suppose...

I received my Secret Santa gift about a week before Christmas but waited until Christmas Day itself to open it. And I have to say that my Secret Santa really outdid himself. Though I was sorely tempted to crack open the box, I held off until Christmas Day and was glad I did.

Upon opening the box, I found that my Secret Santa had sent me a car vac, an ammo box, winter gloves, cleaning cloths, a mini flashlight, some razors, a hot wheel and finally some Fiero decals.

I want to thank my Secret Santa and I think I know who it is (I'm looking at you trivet) for sending out such a nice selection of gifts and I hope you and everyone here have a wonderful 2018!

From this morning's PMs, there are still TWO members that have not yet received a SS gift.
Trivet
jmbishop
Each of their senders let me know they would be late (which I passed on to the receiving end) and I realize the extreme weather system on the East coast has slowed everything down, but let's try to get this wrapped up folks.

I had a surprise waiting for me when I got home from work yesterday .

A Fiero badged duffle/carry on bag, in the exact same color as my GT! (Maroon/burgundy) Very awesome!!!!!! I'll post some pics when I get a chance.

WELL worth the wait, this will be my "in car" kit for all shows - I LOVE it! Thank you SS!!

A word of thanks.
Last month, I had posted a thread in OT bemoaning the poor sound volume performance of my laptop.
Someone here poked around, found my mailing address and, sent Santa the url to that thread.
Post office got involved and too big to go in my mailbox or The Big Red Box the rural delivery is supposed to put parcels in and they forgot to put a yellow "You have a parcel" note in my mailbox. Anyway, I picked it up from the branch PO today.

They sound wonderful and plenty loud for my old ears.
Of course, I probably should clean off some of the junk off my desk.....
Thank you so much..all you secret santas.
(I'm guessing jmbishop had a hand in this)
