Not here in Utah. As of January 1st there are no more inspections, just emissions in certain counties (not mine).

I think it has to do with law suits against the stations doing the inspections because of brake failure (or whatever) happening after inspection. The stations were responsible and had to pay. One in my town had to pay a million bucks, then stopped doing inspections all together.

I assume the police will be the ones issuing tickets to lifted/lowered (my cars are lowered and my S10 Blazer is -highly- lifted), or exhaust, etc.
