Trans Am hood vents.

People have put them on Fieros to extract air so on a Fiero they would mount upside down.

LOL, you are correct, I was thinking if you are looking at them from standing over the car looking down.
Also thinking when for example drawing something on paper, or looking at a photo, if its upside down you rotate it 180.
But I think differently than others
